Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently
Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle mail, courier, and document dispatch
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred
