Manage appointments, client check-ins/check-outs, and maintain records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with consultants and therapists for smooth client flow.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.
Assist in billing and payment processes when required.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any field.
1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service (preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
