Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area and maintain a pleasant front-office environment.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams for smooth daily operations.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company to guests or callers.
Support HR and Admin departments in clerical and documentation tasks when needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good command of English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
