Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them appropriately.
Handle student attendance records and daily reports.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for the principal and school administration.
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and welcoming.
Provide information about school programs, policies, and procedures to visitors and parents.
Well versed with CBSE related works.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Intermediate or Any Graduation.
Experience: 1+ experience is mandatory from same field.
A candidate should have worked for the Educational institution especially from CBSE school background.
Well versed with CBSE related works.
Good knowledge of MS office.
Female candidates are only preferred.
Immediate candidates are preferred.
