Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Attend incoming phone calls, screen, and forward them to the appropriate person/department.
Direct visitors to the concerned person/office and ensure proper visitor log maintenance.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and well-stocked with stationery and materials.
Provide accurate information in person, over phone, and via email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain office security by monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining records.
Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle vendors and service providers for front office requirements.
Maintain stock and order office/front desk supplies.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in travel/accommodation arrangements.
Maintain office expense records and prepare vouchers.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Key Requirements
Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in front office/reception.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle calls, guests, vendors, and housekeeping staff effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
