Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the front desk area, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills:
Female candidate only.
