Front Office Executive
to manage reception and front-desk activities. This role is ideal for female candidates who are fluent in
Telugu and English
(Hindi is a plus) and possess basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain front office operations including student inquiry records.
Provide information about courses and batch schedules.
Coordinate with the academic and counselling team as needed.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in
Telugu & English
(Hindi is a plus)
Presentable and professional behavior
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
