Role Summary:



The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for patients. The role requires professionalism, warmth, and efficiency in managing appointments, patient inquiries, and center coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet patients, manage check-ins, and guide them to the appropriate departments Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations and follow-ups Manage billing, receipts and daily cash records Coordinate with clinical and fitness teams for smooth patient flow Maintain patient records with accuracy Address queries with patience and clarity Ensure the reception area remains organised and welcoming

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems Prior front office experience preferred, particularly in healthcare or hospitality
