: Front Office Executive

: Freshers to 6 months .

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Manage meeting schedules, and appointments Maintain visitor logs and office records Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations Receive, sort, and distribute mail and couriers Support basic administrative tasks as required

Required Skills:



Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Growth and learning opportunities:



Exposure to HR operations and client relationship management. Hands on training in communication, office tools and administrative work.
Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
