Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
Handle courier, postal, and office supplies management
Support HR and Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance of the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
