The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office functioning. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and entire office area
Administrative Duties
Handle appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and coordination.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and packages.
Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and front desk documentation.
Support HR and admin activities as needed
Manage Vehicle and Driver Rosters, Allocations etc
Manage Office Runners and supervise their Housekeeping and daily chore duties
Manage Properties and requests of personal nature from the Directors of the Company
Office Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and support procurement activities.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
