Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused
Front Office Executive / Telecaller
to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients/clients visiting the center or contacting via phone/WhatsApp. Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information about services, and convert inquiries into appointments.
Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic software or manual systems.
Maintain patient records, registration details, and billing information.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Handle front desk activities including check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation.
Follow up with clients for appointment reminders, feedback, and ongoing programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Address client concerns professionally and escalate to relevant departments when needed.
Assist in basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Graduates preferred.
Strong experience in front office, telecalling, customer service, or healthcare reception is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM/clinic management software).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
