Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for smooth workflow.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups.
Manage billing, payment collection, and basic cash handling.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the front desk area.
Provide prompt support and resolve patient concerns.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 0-3 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-centric attitude and ability to multitask.
Pleasing personality and professional behaviour.
