Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants. Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for smooth workflow. Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups. Manage billing, payment collection, and basic cash handling. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the front desk area. Provide prompt support and resolve patient concerns. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:



Qualification: Any degree Experience: 0-3 years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge Customer-centric attitude and ability to multitask. Pleasing personality and professional behaviour.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
