The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for all patients, visitors, and callers. The role involves managing reception operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and providing courteous and efficient service to ensure smooth front desk functioning and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
Manage appointments, registrations, and billing support.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and departmental coordination.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Prepare and submit daily front office reports.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline), 1-3 years of hospital/reception experience.
Good communication in English & Tamil.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital software preferred.
Pleasant personality and customer-service oriented.
