We are looking for a Front Office & Admin Executive to manage reception and support daily administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating housekeeping staff, handling petty cash, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:



Handle front desk activities such as visitor management and phone calls. Coordinate and supervise housekeeping team. Manage petty cash and maintain records. Assist with general administrative and office support tasks. Maintain office supplies, documents, and basic records.

Required Skills:



Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Experience in cash handling is required. Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
