Job Purpose:
To manage the front desk operations efficiently, provide professional and courteous service to visitors and staff, and ensure smooth coordination between departments through effective communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations
Handle all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as per protocol.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area.
2. Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements.
Support office administration with document filing, photocopying, and record management.
Maintain and update employee contact directories and emergency contact lists.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for daily office upkeep.
3. Customer and Visitor Management
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients with warmth and professionalism.
Inform the concerned departments or employees about visitor arrivals promptly.
Ensure guest comfort while waiting (refreshments, seating, etc.).
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments for administrative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of official documents and employee information.
Support HR and Admin in organizing employee engagement or corporate events.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily attendance logs (if applicable).
Maintain courier register, visitor register, and communication logs.
Generate front-office activity reports when required.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Hospitality, or Commerce).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local language.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
