Front Office Executive
to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role involves handling calls, visitor coordination, basic administrative support, and assisting the team with office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
Maintain attendance records, courier handling, and visitor logs.
Support in day-to-day administrative activities and documentation.
Assist in coordinating with internal teams and vendors for office-related requirements.
Ensure office cleanliness and maintain supplies inventory.
Support dispatch and basic packing activities when required.
Handle local office purchases and ensure timely availability of required items.
Requirements:
Any degree/diploma (12th pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
6 months to 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Punctual, well-organized, and trustworthy.
Two-wheeler license preferred for local travel.
