Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Reception & Guest Handling:

Greet visitors and clients courteously, manage incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Visitor Management:

Maintain a record of visitors, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.

Mail & Courier Management:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail/couriers and arrange dispatch of outgoing packages.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.

Office Administration:

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance registers, stationery inventory, and vendor coordination.

Front Desk Maintenance:

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Communication Support:

Draft and circulate internal communications, notices, and reminders as required.

Customer Service:

Provide prompt assistance to employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
