Key Responsibilities



Greeting Visitors

: Welcome guests as they arrive, directing them to the appropriate person or office.

Answering Phone Calls

: Manage incoming calls, screen and forward them as necessary, and take messages when required.

Administrative Support

: Perform clerical tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Maintaining Reception Area

: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

Handling Correspondence

: Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, ensuring timely communication within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.

Customer Service Orientation

: A friendly and professional demeanor to provide a positive first impression and assist visitors.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers) and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
