who will be the first point of contact for our institution. The ideal candidate will ensure our front desk is welcoming, organized, and operates efficiently. Also, we expect excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments, or take messages
Handle enquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information
Receive and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries
Prepare outgoing correspondence and secure parcels for dispatch
Check, sort, and forward emails efficiently
Monitor and manage office supplies; place orders when required
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with departments regarding calls and internal communication
Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and additional tasks as assigned
Communicate with the Admissions Officer regarding admission enquiries
Raise necessary support/service tickets as per operational needs
Eligibility & Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Preferred)
Freshers with the right skills are welcome to apply
Languages:
Proficiency in English (Preferred)
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
