: Handle incoming calls, route them efficiently, and manage inquiries or messages accurately.

: Maintain front desk operations, manage appointment schedules, update records, and support daily office documentation and filing.
Coordination & Follow-up
: Liaise with internal departments, support patient/visitor coordination, and ensure timely follow-up on queries or service requests.
Front Office Cleanliness & Compliance
: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and compliant with hospital/service standards and protocols.
