Handling front office visitor management access control system.
Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.
Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office.
Provide assistance in general administrative activities.
Maintaining the general filing system, scheduling meetings & reminding and filing all correspondence.
Maintaining of entire office stationary and printing, including envelopes, letterhead & name cards.
Courier collecting & issuing register.
Mailing letters and other documents, messages to the necessary people.
Contribute to the Monthly Management Report.
Responsibilities and Duties
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Capable of browsing the internet through different browsers like, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Receptionist handled the phone inquiry and direct walk-in.
Timekeeping & Time Sheets Maintenance.
Inquiry follow-ups and increase the conversion ratio.
Excellent verbal & written communication and ability to connect to people.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must have a positive attitude.
