We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations, handle customer inquiries, support administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Assist clients with loan application forms, basic queries, and direct them to the concerned department.
Handle courier, mail distribution, and office correspondence efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist the HR/Admin team when required.
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth customer service and office operations.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information and company documents.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services sector will be preferred.
Compensation:
As per industry standards
