1. Guest Handling & Reception Duties: Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local attractions. Maintain visitor records and ensure proper ID verification. 2. Communication & Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and queries politely. Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for guest needs. 3. Reservation & Billing: Manage room or appointment reservations. Handle cancellations, modifications, and group bookings. Prepare bills and process payments accurately. 4. Administrative Support: Maintain daily front desk reports and guest logs. Manage office stationery, files, and correspondence. Support the management team with scheduling or clerical tasks. 5. Guest Service: Resolve guest complaints promptly and politely. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Assist in handling VIP and special requests. 6. Appearance & Etiquette: Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard. Keep the front office area neat, clean, and welcoming at all times.
