Job Title: Front Office Executive
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations. This role represents the organization's first point of contact and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, organized front desk
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required
Maintain visitor records, logs, and issue visitor passes
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies
Address customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, phone systems)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
