Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.
Handle basic inquiries and relay messages accurately.
Respond to complaints and address client questions promptly.
Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records.
Office Management:
Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.
Coordinate with other departments for various clerical and organizational tasks.
