About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented
Front Office Executive
to manage front desk operations at our motel. This role demands multitasking skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities ranging from guest check-ins/check-outs to reservation management and guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Handling
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain an updated knowledge of motel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
Reservations & Booking Management
Manage walk-in, online, and telephone reservations.
Coordinate with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), travel partners, and vendors for booking promotions.
Maintain accurate room availability status and update systems accordingly.
Administration & Coordination
Maintain proper guest records, billing, and payments.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
Manage daily reports (occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, etc.).
Assist in vendor coordination for motel promotions and local tie-ups.
Customer Service Excellence
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
Upsell motel services (food, events, tour packages, etc.) to enhance guest experience.
Ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Good knowledge of front office systems/software (MS Office, PMS, OTA portals).
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and hospitality etiquette.
Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in front office/guest handling role (motel/hotel/resort).
Freshers with strong communication and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
