We are seeking a well-presented, proactive, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
to join our company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm welcome and efficient service while managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries and telecalling activities, and also actively supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage front-desk inquiries.
Provide company's information and route queries to the appropriate travel consultants.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Manage appointment scheduling for clients and internal meetings.
Assist with interview calling, documentation, and other preparations.
Support team with clerical and administrative tasks.
Keep records of client visits, maintain logs, and manage customer databases.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier management, and other front-desk functions.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or degree in any professional field with be an advantage.
Experience: 1-3 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the travel, aviation or hospitality industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Basic knowledge of travel industry terms and services
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
