Greet and assist visitors, clients, students, or parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes if applicable.
Communication Handling:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail services.
Administrative Support:
Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
Coordinate meetings and notify concerned staff members.
Handle data entry, document filing, and basic clerical tasks.
Provide support in maintaining records, forms, and files.
Coordination:
Coordinate with different departments (admissions, HR, accounts, etc.) as needed.
Assist in managing front-desk inventory (forms, stationery, etc.).
Help during events, meetings, and admissions if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in front office or receptionist role preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills in [languages].
Professional appearance and behavior.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
