As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage check-in, check-out, and room assignment efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and amendments in PMS (Opera/IDS/etc.).
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
Handle billing, payment processing, and cash float responsibly.
Maintain accurate records and reports for front desk operations.
Ensure lobby and reception areas remain clean and presentable.
Assist in concierge services such as travel, transport, and local information.
Uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures consistently.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred).
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Candidates with good height and confident presence will be preferred.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in front office operations in hotels/resorts.
