The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at the resort, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent guest service throughout their stay. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently using the resort's Property Management System (PMS).
Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requests.
Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processes.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with bookings, tours, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable.
Promote resort facilities, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (IDS, Opera, or similar).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations (resort/hotel experience preferred).
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
