Position : FRONT OFFICE EXCECUTIVE



Company : Kgees HILL TOWN HOTEL



Location : KATTAPPANA, KERALA



Reports To : MANAGER



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



A front office executive's responsibilities include:

Reception



Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and ensuring the office is tidy

Customer service



Answering phone calls, addressing complaints, and providing information about services

Administrative tasks



Scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies

Supervisory



Supervising front office teams, assigning work, and providing guidance and support

Record keeping



Maintaining records, keeping accurate records, and handling budgets and payrolls

Guest interactions



Check-ins and checkouts, ensuring a pleasant stay, and handling guest departures

Billing and payments



Preparing and presenting bills, and handling payments

Other tasks



Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, performing light data entry, and monitoring employee attendance

Front office executives should demonstrate strong communication abilities, leadership, teamwork, and supervisory skills. They also need to have interpersonal skills, such as speaking, listening, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
