Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Front Office Executive to manage client relations and ensure smooth operations at our co-working space. The role involves overseeing housekeeping and security teams, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate housekeeping and security staff to ensure efficient building operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle bookings, administrative tasks, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Ensure smooth workflow across facilities, collaborating with building managers.
- Lead by example, guiding staff and addressing conflicts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in front office or facility management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with working hours and available for urgent situations.
