Summary:


We are looking for a smart and organized Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front-desk activities, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls. Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and front office documents. Coordinate with departments for day-to-day administrative tasks. Handle courier (inward & outward) and maintain related records. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Assist HR/Admin with documentation, filing, and basic data entry. Schedule appointments, meetings, and support staff with general office tasks. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Provide basic support in handling staff queries and coordinating office maintenance.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Admin Executive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Presentable personality with a positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
