We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team at Woods Hospitality, Valsad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the front office department of a hospitality firm and be skilled in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Manage front desk operations including reservations, room allocation, and guest inquiries.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages courteously and professionally.
Maintain guest records and billing information accurately in the system.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage cash and credit card transactions and maintain proper records.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Assist in preparing daily reports and updating occupancy details.
Support management in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate in Hospitality Management or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in a Front Office role at a hotel, resort, or hospitality firm (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Pleasant personality, good grooming standards, and professional conduct.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
