Job Purpose
The Executive - Front Office will be responsible for managing front office operations and providing comprehensive general administration support to ensure a smooth, organized, and professional workplace environment. The role supports day-to-day office administration, employee engagement activities, and facility management while acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities Front Office & Administration
Manage front office and reception operations, including visitor handling and call management.
Schedule meeting rooms and manage conference room bookings to ensure optimal utilization.
Coordinate event arrangements and manage guest visits, including logistics and hospitality.
HR & Employee Engagement Support
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist with documentation and other ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as required.
Access Control & Facility Management
Set up and manage access control systems, including issuance of ID cards to new joiners, biometric access, visitor logs, and business cards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and trouble-free working environment.
Track, follow up, and resolve employee facility-related requests in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of office administration, documentation, and facility management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR, administration, and other internal teams. Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in HM).
Experience
1-3 years of experience in front office/reception handling role Key

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
