Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.
Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Should be able to handle local & domestic correspondence
Coordinating appointments and meetings.
Providing general administrative support to different departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
