Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and support.
Assist in onboarding new employees with initial orientation support.
