Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming guests, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.?
Answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff or department, and relaying messages.?
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and distributing them where necessary.?
Organizing and maintaining files, updating records, copying, scanning, and filing documents.?
Monitoring office supplies, ordering replacements, and maintaining a neat reception area.?
Assisting management and other staff with administrative tasks and everyday chores.?
Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and providing accurate information.?
Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests and team members.?

Education and Experience
High school diploma is generally required; a degree in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.?
Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or office administration roles preferred.?
