We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented
Front Office Executive
to manage reception and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience while maintaining smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, patients, or clients in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or messages.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's services.
Register visitors/patients and maintain accurate records in the system.
Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and waiting area.
Assist in billing, payment collection, and other administrative support tasks (if required).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers welcome; experience in front office or customer service preferred).
