The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They are responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception desk, answer and route phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance, and records as required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up properly.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support HR and Administration teams in scheduling interviews, onboarding, and office events.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
Ensure reception and office areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle basic accounts or petty cash management (if required).
Provide general support to staff and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
