Key Responsibilities



Guest/Patient Handling:

Greet visitors warmly and ensure a pleasant experience. Manage patient/guest check-in and check-out process. Guide visitors to appropriate departments or personnel.

Front Desk Operations:

Answer incoming calls professionally and route them correctly. Handle inquiries regarding services, timings, and appointments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Appointment & Scheduling:

Book, modify, and confirm appointments. Coordinate with doctors/teams to manage schedules smoothly. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups.

Administrative Support:

Maintain records, registers, and documentation. Support daily office operations and assist the management team.

Customer Service:

Address customer concerns politely and effectively. Ensure a high level of satisfaction by offering prompt solutions.

Coordination:

Communicate with the internal team for smooth workflow. Help with internal tasks like courier handling, stock update, etc.

Skills & Qualifications



Male candidates preferred. Minimum qualification:

Any Degree / +2

. Excellent

communication skills

in English and Tamil. Good

computer knowledge

(MS Office, basic software). Pleasant personality, disciplined, punctual. Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly. Experience in clinics/hospitals/hospitality sectors is an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
