Job Description

Role Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for patients. The role requires professionalism, warmth and efficiency in managing appointments, patient inquiries and centre coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

o Greet patients, manage check-ins and guide them to the appropriate departments o Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations and follow-ups o Manage billing, receipts and daily cash records o Coordinate with clinical and fitness teams for smooth patient flow o Maintain patient records with accuracy o Address queries with patience and clarity o Ensure the reception area remains organised and welcoming

Requirements:

o Graduate in any discipline o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems o Prior front office experience preferred, particularly in healthcare or hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
