to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, handling front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the hospital.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and attend to clients in a polite and professional manner.
Manage client check-ins and check-outs, and ensure timely billing processes.
Maintain detailed records of all visiting personnel and clients.
Handle incoming phone calls with proper etiquette and direct them appropriately.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients and their family members about upcoming visits.
Report day-to-day updates and issues to management and relevant departments.
Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless hospital operations.
Support in basic administrative tasks and contribute to overall front office maintenance.
