Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Assist in preparing reports, documents.
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the office environment is clean and functional.
Record Keeping:
Maintain updated records of employee attendance and visitor logs.
File and retrieve documents as required.
