Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk operations - calls, appointments, and walk-in inquiries.
Handle patient registration, billing, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with doctors/therapists for smooth operations.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in front office / receptionist role.
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
Pleasant personality, and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Patient-friendly and polite approach.
Urgent Requirement - Immediate Joiners Preferred
