Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Fluency in speaking Hindi, English and Tamil
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (courier, mail, packages)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Coordinate with office staff and departments for smooth communication
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Address customer queries and provide basic information when needed
