who will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors at Challani Jewellery Mart. The candidate will be responsible for handling reception duties, attending calls, assisting customers, and providing administrative support with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
Attend and
route incoming calls
; handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and organized.
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and couriers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support.
Guide customers and visitors to the respective departments or executives.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Front Office Executive / Receptionist (preferably in retail, corporate environment).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service role.
Experience in jewellery or luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
Languages Preferred:
Tamil & English (mandatory)
