The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring a seamless and productive experience for all members and clients. This includes managing the facility, providing exceptional customer service, driving member engagement, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the centre runs efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring a smooth functioning environment.
2. Manage the facility's maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring a professional and comfortable environment.
3. Coordinate repairs, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries, requests, and issues.
5. Oversee member sign-ups, contracts, invoicing, and billing processes.
6. Maintain accurate records of memberships, financial transactions, and inventory.
7. Prepare reports on revenue, occupancy, member satisfaction, and operational performance.
