Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival. Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally. Manage reservations, both online and over the phone. Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments. Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions. Monitor lobby area for cleanliness and order. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Professional appearance and demeanor Multitasking and time-management abilities Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.) Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Up to ?18,000.00 per month
